GEP-03: Review Internal Pricing Analysis

An internal team or another consulting team put together a pricing analysis.

But you want a second pair of eyes.

And why not? Pricing is a critical decision. Small inaccuracies are much more expensive than G.E.P.

We read closely.

We have high standards, but we don’t nitpick. We don’t criticize to justify our existence. That kind of criticism just creates churn for your team, while they sift through a mountain of pointless nits in search of the one piece of solid feedback. We’ve been on the other side here. We won’t do that.

We look for real problems, not minor technical differences of opinion.

We check that the team considers all the important factors that drive demand, that their approach lines up with economic theory, and that it will lead to solid decisions. We proofread the code. We come up with useful, implementable ways to improve the analysis.

In short, we give feedback that leads to action, not inaction.
